  3. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we regretfully cannot fulfill orders to that location at this time. We are continuously working to expand our shipping capabilities and reach more customers worldwide.

  9. Minimum Order Policy - Single Charms: 

    To ensure we can package and ship your order safely and responsibly, we apply a minimum order amount for charm-only purchases.

    Minimum order value: €25

    Because individual charms have a low price and require the same packaging, handling, and shipping process as larger orders, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders that only contain charms with a value below €25.

    How this works

    • If your order contains only charms, the total order value must be at least €25.
    • You are welcome to combine charms with other jewelry pieces to reach the minimum amount.
    • Orders below €25 that contain only charms cannot be processed and will be cancelled and refunded.
