Thank you for choosing to shop at Ebi Jewelry. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchased jewelry items, we offer a straightforward and transparent refund policy.

1. Return Period: You have the right to return your purchased jewelry items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 

          Cancellation Period for Jewelry Workshops: We accept cancellations for   Jewelry Workshops up to 7 days ahead of the Workshop date. The refund will be in a form of a free item of choice on our website or a voucher for a future Workshop. 

          

1. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@ebijewelry.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a return label, if applicable.

2. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain jewelry items such as earrings are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or faulty.

4. Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the returned item is found to be defective or faulty.
